FERRY
From Melbourne: catch the passengers-only Portarlington ferry from Melbourne Docklands, then take a taxi to Queenscliff.
From Sorrento, Mornington Peninsula: The ferry carries cars and passengers every day between the two peninsulas, and the trip takes 40 minutes.
This is undoubtedly the most relaxed way to arrive in Queenscliff, especially if you take advantage of their brunch or lunch sessions. Enjoy the scenery, which can include bottlenose dolphins and migratory whales.

PLANE
Avalon airport in Geelong is approximately 50kms from our accommodation and is serviced by Jetstar for domestic flights, Air Asia to/from Kuala Lumpur, and Citilink to/from Denpasar, Bali.
From the airport, you can hire a car and take M1 then Bellarine Highway/B110 (average 50m).
Taxis/rideshares are available, with the average cost $75-100.
Alternatively, catch the train to Geelong, then McHarry’s bus (route #56, 50m). Requires pre-loaded Myki card; fare info here.
